This is a CATCH & RELEASE only tournament.
WEIGH-IN PROCEDURE (2 Bass + 5 Crappies)
All fish caught during the tournament must be kept alive at the time of weigh-in, starting at 3:00 PM. Judges will weigh and measure the fish. Penalty will be assigned to your final score if any injured/dead or undersized fish are found. Please present your ID card at weigh in.
GENERAL REGULATIONS (please read)
- Participants competing as individuals may continue to fish while holding 5 bass/ 10 crappies in the livewell, as long as one bass/crappie is released immediately upon catching a bass/crappie. Two person teams may continue to fish while holding 10 bass/crappies of any size in the livewell, regardless of the number of bass caught by each angler, as long as one bass/crappie is released immediately when either team member catches a bass/crappie. The released bass/crappie may be either the bass/crappie just caught, or from the livewell. However, if the number of participants on any single boat is three or more anglers, the possession limit per boat is limited to 10 bass/15 crappies.
- NO alcoholic beverages may be consumed by participants during the tournament(7am-4pm) Food and beverages will be served after weigh in.
- Keep Oregon Green, please do not litter (garbage cans available in parking area)
- It is expected that all participants will follow the public park rules.
- Oregon Fish and Wildlife rules and Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations apply to all participants. Be sure to have your fishing license with you.
- Make sure to have your “Tournament” sign display on the right side of your boat upon check in.
- Boating Safety is your responsibility. Be sure to have proper and ample floatation devices in your boat at all times.
- Children under age of 14 must have adult supervision at all times.
- Once the designated Parking A area is full, you may park your trailer and vehicle at the Parking B area (see map). You must register and pay your entry fee prior to begin fishing. No participants will be allowed to begin after 10 AM
- Fish are not to be exchanged, traded or otherwise passed from one person or one boat to another. You may weigh in only the fish you personally caught. This includes not passing a rod with live fish on the line to another person in the boat (allowed only when assisting children and/or handicapped licensees)
- Judges will be spot checking boats and shore anglers to verify catches and registration ID.
- You must keep log and tally of your catches and it must match the fish in your live-well.
- You may stay in one spot or at anchor no more than 2 hours before moving on to another location. The new location must be at least 100 feet from the one you are leaving.
- You must be present at the weigh in to receive your prize.
- Failure to follow these rules or showing disrespect to a judge will disqualify you from the tournament.
