- Full name and address
- Age
- Contact phone number
- Boat information, including: make, model, year, length and color
Tournament Time: 7AM-2PM, registration closes at 10AM SHARP
PLUS: All entrants will recieve a $20.00 coupon!!!Fee (cash or check only): $50.00 per adult $20.00 per child (12 & under)
